Hi there! We’re Liz and Pat, owners of Delusional Sauce Co, a Hamilton based craft sauce company. Pat is a trained Chef and has been brewing up the most delectable sauces for the past decade, bottling and sharing with friends and family. Liz is a sauce connoisseur, Delusional sous chef and handles branding, marketing and sales. With the tumultuous climate of the restaurant industry due to covid and a new tiny human added to the mix, we decided this might be the craziest and most delusional time to bring our sauces to market and share with the masses!
